Right of withdrawal

In the European Union (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have fourteen (14) days to withdraw. For a paperback purchased directly, this period runs from receipt. For a digital book (ebook) downloaded immediately with your express consent and waiver, the right of withdrawal is lost once the download has begun.

In the United Kingdom (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have fourteen (14) days to cancel your order. For a paperback purchased directly, this period runs from receipt. For digital content downloaded immediately with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right, the right to cancel is lost once supply has begun.

Outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. A downloaded digital book is non-refundable. Any request may be sent to us below; we will respond according to our commercial policy.
